The BENCHMARKS project, in collaboration with Leibniz Centre for Agricultural Landscape Research(ZALF) and the German project BonaRes – Soil as a Sustainable Resource for the Bioeconomy, is thrilled to announce a Stakeholder Engagement Workshop at ZALF, Müncheberg, Germany, on October 25th, 2023.
 

Why Attend? 

Our workshop, titled “Agroforestry – An option for improving future soil health?” delves deep into the pressing issue of soil degradation and assesses if and where agroforestry systems can be part of a solution. Drawing together a diverse array of participants, including farmers, private and public sector stakeholders, educators, and concerned citizens, this event provides a unique opportunity to collectively tackle soil health challenges in the context of German land management. This workshop is at the crossroad of three European and national programs about sustainable soil management (PrepSoil, BENCHMARKS and BonaRes).
