The BENCHMARKS project, in collaboration with DRAPCentro, University of Coimbra, CARe-BIO, and Câmara Municipal de Idanha-a-Nova, is excited to announce its first stakeholder engagement workshop in Idanha-a-Nova on July 14th. This workshop marks the beginning of a series of 24 stakeholder engagement workshops planned by BENCHMARKS for 2023.
The workshop, titled “”Healthy Soils for Resilient Agriculture,”” aims to address the challenges of soil degradation and its implications for sustainable agricultural production. With participants from various backgrounds including farmers, private and public actors, knowledge and education actors, and citizens, we will come together to discuss challenges and explore ways to improve soil health on a broader scale.
This workshop provides a platform for open and participatory discussions, fostering the building of strong relationships among participants. Through the sharing of knowledge and experiences, our collective goal is to shape the future of soil management in Idanha-a-Nova, Portugal, and contribute to advancements in soil health practices across Europe.
Please note that all available slots for the workshop have been filled. However, we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions and join our stakeholder platform in Idanha-a-Nova. Your engagement and input are valuable in our shared mission to promote healthy soils and resilient agriculture.
